Great way to use canned chicken for a family friendly favorite.
1
Tips
If the mixture seems too soft to shape, add a little more bread crumbs. For a spicy kick, add 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper to the mixture. Try using panko bread crumbs for extra crunchiness. You can bake the nuggets for a healthier twist; preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Notes

1
In a large bowl, combine the canned chicken, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well integrated.

2
Shape the mixture into small, nugget-sized shapes, approximately 2 inches in diameter.

3
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

4
Place the nuggets in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.

5
Remove the nuggets from the skillet and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.

6
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
