  • Please return a clean machine. 

  • Setup and Operation

    • Placement: Place the ice shaver on a stable, dry, and flat surface.
    • Add Ice: Plug in the machine, open the lid, and load it with ice cubes. (Tip: Harder, colder ice produces finer, fluffier shavings). Do not overfill beyond the recommended capacity.
    • Power & Shave: Close the lid. Engage the machine by pressing and holding the handle or foot switch, depending on your exact model.
    • Stopping: Simply release the switch or lift the handle to stop the blade from spinning. 

    Important Safety Rules

    • Never use bare hands: Use an ice scoop to guide or move ice. The blades are extremely sharp.
    • Overheating protection: Do not run the motor continuously for more than 5 minutes. Allow it to cool down before continued use.
    • No dry running: Never operate the machine when the hopper is empty, as it can damage the appliance.
    • Indoor use only: Keep the cord and motor away from water puddles or high moisture areas. 

    Cleaning and Maintenance

    • Unplug the machine from the power source before cleaning.​​​​​​
    • Wipe down the exterior and interior of the ice bucket/hopper with a warm, damp cloth and a mild, neutral detergent. Avoid using alcohol or harsh abrasives which can damage the plastic or metal finish.
    • Thoroughly rinse and let all parts air dry completely before the next use
